| 摘 要： | 城市发展是一个复杂的社会运动过程。当前,城市的发展已成为众多学者关注的研究课题,故明晰城市发展内涵、理清城市化与郊区化概念、追溯城市发展渊源与梳理城市发展理论成为城市研究的重要问题。随着城市化与郊区化的发展,城市理论也逐渐丰富,从最初的欧洲社会学家对城市的解读,到美国芝加哥学派学者对城市理论的继承、发展与创新,再到很多学者对城市化和郊区化的学科界定与进一步阐释,城市理论不断深化发展,出现了很多跨学科研究成果。

| Abstract: | Urban development is a complex social movement. Currently, the development of the urban has become a focus of many scholars, so it is necessary to clarify the connotation of urban development, differentiate the concept of urbanization and suburbanization, and trace back the development of urban theory. With the enhancement of urbanization and suburbanization, urban theory improved and perfected gradually. From the initial explanation of the European scholars to the inheritance and innovation of Chicago School in U. S. and disciplines defined by scholars, the theory of city developed quickly and a lot of interdisciplinary research emerged. |
