基于虚拟社区的高校教师专业发展策略研究

摘    要:虚拟社区能为高校教师的专业发展提供持续支持,有助于形成旨在促进教师深层次反思的学习共同体,能为教师的隐性知识向显性知识转化提供平台支持,为教师灵活自主开展学习提供可能。但也面临着如何提高虚拟社区的利用效率、如何激励教师们进行知识共享并减少只享受不分享的"搭便车"现象。创建积极有效的专业化学习共同体、建设强有力的资源库、运用知识加工工具促进知识的转化和共享、运用多种评价工具帮助教师进行评价反思,能切实推进虚拟社区建设,有效促进高校教师的专业发展。

Abstract:The virtual community can provide ongoing support for teachers professional development, contribute to the formation of teachers aimed at promoting deeper reflection learning community, to provide a platform for teachers to support the conversion of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge and to carry out independent study. But problems still exist as to how to improve the efficiency of virtual communities, how to motivate teachers to share knowledge and to reduce the "free rider" phenomenon. To create a positive and effective professional learning community, to build a strong resource base and to use the knowledge processing tool for converting and sharing of knowledge as well as a variety of assessment tools to help teachers evaluate reflection, can effectively promote the construction of a virtual community, the effective promotion of university teachers professional development.
