汞污染对水稻幼苗生长及其过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度Hg~(2 )对水稻幼苗生长及其过氧化物酶活性的影响.结果表明,经Hg~(2 )胁迫的水稻幼苗,植株矮小,苗鲜重减少;低浓度Hg~(2 )使叶片叶绿素含量增加、POD活性升高.但随着Hg~(2 )浓度增大和处理天数增加,上述指标呈下降趋势,表明植物细胞遭受伤害.

Abstract:The effect of Hg~(2 ) on growth and activity of peroxidase of rice seedlings was studied. The results showed that Hg~(2 ) inhibited the increase of plant height and lowered the fresh weight of shoot.Low concentration of Hg~(2 )treatment increased chlorophyll contents and activity of POD ,this was a protecting function of plants,and decreased afterwards with the increase of days and the concentration of Hg~(2 ),the decreases in those indexes indicate the cells has been harmed.
