| 摘 要： | 随着运动训练科学化水平的提高,高水平运动员之间、队与队之间的竞技能力日趋接近,单凭运动员的身体素质好、技术规范战胜对手的现象,在跆拳道比赛中特别是高水平的比赛中不多见.为了研究在比赛中双飞踢反击技术出腿的时机,采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数据统计法等研究方法,对跆拳道的双飞踢反击技术动作进行了分析和研究.发现跆拳道双飞踢反击成为了重要的得分动作之一,合理运用双飞踢反击是比赛取胜的关键.

| Abstract: | Along with the improvement of scientific level of movement training,the approach of the competition ability among high-level athletes and teams,it is unusal to beat the opponets only by athletes'good physical quality and technique standard in Tae Kwon Do competition.In order to study the opportunity to kick the leg in the counter-attack technique of the dual flight kicks in the competition,the article analyzed and studied the counter-attack of the Tae Kwon Do dual flight kicks using literature materials,video recording observation,data statistics,and so on.The result is that the counter-attack of the Tae Kwon Do dual flight kicks is one of the most important scoring points.To counter attack using dual flight kicks reasonably is the key to win. |
