| 摘 要： | pH区带逆流色谱是在高速逆流色谱基础上发展起来的一种新型制备型分离技术,利用物质解离常数和疏水性的不同进行分离,具有分离量大、分离效果好等优点,并且应用领域十分广泛,在中草药等天然产物的有效成分分离纯化方面也得到了越来越多的应用.文中着重探讨了影响pH区带逆流色谱分离效果的流动相流速、逆流色谱转速、溶剂组成、样品量和酸碱度等主要影响因素.

| Abstract: | pH-zone-refining Countercurrent Chromatography is a new preparative isolation technology based on high-speed Countercurrent Chromatography. It has the advantages of large handling capacity and good separative effect, and can be widely used in many fields, particularly in the separation and purification of available compositions of natural products such as Chinese medicinal herbs. The main factors for the separative effect of pH-zone-refining Countercurrent Chromatography are discussed in this paper. |
