| 摘 要： | CALLS、CASHL、NSTL是目前为我国高校教学科研提供文献保障的最具影响力和运作最为成功的三大文献传递服务体系.阐明了三大系统的概况,详细分析比较了CALLS、CASHL、NSTL文献传递系统各自的主要特点,并针对它们存在的问题从方便用户使用的角度提出了一些完善系统文献传递服务的建议.
