摘    要:本文借鉴基于工作过程的课程开发理念与CDIO工程教育模式,提出了以软硬技能为培养目标,基于工作过程开发课程,以项目为主线组织课程,构建模块化组合、学段制安排、项目化实施的课程体系,并通过项目制教学、教学工厂建设、小组合作等方式进行具体的实践,以利于培养高素质的、具有可持续发展潜力的技能型创新人才。

Abstract:With regard to work -based learning process, curriculum development concepts and CDIO engineering education mode, this thesis puts forward soft and hard skills training objectives, work - based courses, project - as - the - main - line courses, modular combinations, learning segment - based arrangements, projectbased implementation of the course system. Through project - based teaching, teaching plant construction, the group cooperation in a specific way of practice, this mode facilitates the training of high quality, with potential for sustainable development, innovation and skilled personnel.
