| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育是高等教育体系的重要组成部分，是终身教育的前沿阵地和实践领域。然而，与当前社会对终身教育理念领悟形成鲜明对比的是，成人高等教育的实践与改革明显存在发展迟滞的问题。文章对成人高等教育的发展迟滞问题进行了分析，并据此提出促进成人高等教育发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education is an important component of the system of higher education and an advance position and a practice field for life-long learning. Nevertheless,in contrast with the society's comprehension of the idea of life-long learning,there exists the problem of sluggish development in the practice and reform of adult higher education. This paper analyzes the problem and puts forwards some countermeasures to promote the development of adult higher education. |
