| 摘 要： | 一个民族的进步取决于其创新水平的高低，而一个企业能否获得成功在很大程度上也依赖于创新能力的强弱。随着现代化知识经济的不断发展，我国旅游企业不仅面临着更多的机遇，同时也受到了非常严峻的挑战，要想在激烈的市场竞争当中保有一席之地并稳定长久地发展下去，就需要大力发展创新管理理念。基于此，对旅游企业创新管理的有效方法进行了研究。

| Abstract: | The progress of a nation depends on its level of innovation, and the success of an enterprise also depends on the strength of the innovation ability in a certain degree. With the continuous development of modern knowledge economy, our country tourism enterprises is not only faced with more opportunities, but also the very serious challenges. If an enterprise wants to have a place in the present fierce market competition and keep a stable develop for a long time, it must develop the innovation management idea. Therefore, the effective methods of innovation management of tourism enterprises are mainly discussed in this paper. |
