| 摘 要： | 提出一种虚拟仪器与机器视觉相结合的汽车牌照识别方法。应用IMAQ Vision工具包,在LabVIEW平台上开发了车牌图像识别系统,并详细介绍了图像预处理、车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别的方法。实验结果表明,该方法是可行性的,能有效识别车牌和字符。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes a method to recognize vehicle license plate with virtual instrument and machine vision combined.By applying IMAQ Vision,vehicle license plate image recognition system is developed on LabVIEW platform and image preprocessing,plate location,character segmentation,character recognition are presented in detail.Experiment results reveal that the method is practicable and can recognize vehicle license plate and vehicle license plates. |
