| 摘 要： | 针对饮食业油烟外排污染环境的实际情况,在调研国内外现有油烟净化设备的基础上,研制开发了一种新型的利用低温等离子技术油烟净化设备,关键在于低温等离子技术的应用;实际运行的结果表明:该种饮食业油烟净化设备具有去除效率高、性能稳定、具有自我保护功能、维护造作方便且无二次污染等特点。

| Abstract: | Since soot seriously pollute the environment at the catering trade,a new-typed soot purification equipment which applies low temperature plasma is developed on the basis of existing purification equipment at home and abroad.The results show that this equipment has several advantages which apply the catering trade: high removal efficiency,stable and self-protection function,and easy maintenance and operation without secondary pollution. |
