| 摘 要： | 智力因素和非智力因素是影响大学生学习活动的两大因素;智力因素与学习成绩相关,非智力因素对学习成绩起决定作用;非智力因素中意志、态度、兴趣是影响学习成绩的重要因素;培养自制力要从提高自我意识、树立正确的学习动机和培养“超前认识”三个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The two factors, which affect study activities, are intelligence factor and unintelligence factor.Intelligence factor is relative to the students' school record but the unintelligence factor play a crucial role.Will, attitudes, concentration and interst involved in unintelligence factors are the most important aspects especially.To cultivate the power of self-control,one should improve self-consciousness, set up right study motive and develop advanced-consciousness. |
