| 摘 要： | 大学新生非正式群体的形成是多种因素综合作用的结果,其存在具有一定的合理性和不可替代性。非正式群体在发挥积极作用的同时,也不可避免地产生一些负面影响。文章分析了大学新生非正式群体的成因与特性及其对教育造成的障碍,从道德教育、强化非正式群体的服务功能、营造良好的校园文化氛围等方面提出教育对策。

| Abstract: | The formation of informal groups among college students is a result of combination of many factors.Its existence is reasonable and not replaceable.However,informal groups make some negative effects inevitably when exerting positive influences.Based on the analysis of the causes and characteristics of informal groups,this paper looks into their hindrances and raises some educational measures such as moral instruction,enforcing services of informal groups,creating good cultural campus atmosphere,etc. |
