| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料研究方法，结合散打运动实践，探讨散打运动员重要的视觉技能：动体视力、眼球运动、瞬间视觉、周边视觉、深度知觉与视觉反应时间。研究结果可为散打运动员训练和比赛提供参考，以有利于散打运动的发展。

| Abstract: | On the base of documents and materiaL, combined with the Sanda practice , this study aimed to land the relative importantly visual skills in Sanda training：the dynamic visual acuity, eyemovement, momentary vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and visual-stimulate response time. Conclusion of the study provides an reference for Sanda training and competitions. |
