| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、数理统计及比较分析等方法对河西学院2007、2 008级大学生5968名学生体质健康测试结果进行分析研究,结果表明,河西学院2007、2008级男、女大学生平均身高均高于全国同龄大学生;在身体机能方面除男大学生肺活量以外的各项指标均低于全国平均水平,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);而身体素质方面,立定跳远均低于全国平均水平,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),但男大学生握力,女大学生坐位体前屈高于全国平均水平.这对于我院公体教学改革具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyses the results of physical health examination of 5968 students who were enrolled by Hexi University in the year 2007 and 2008.The findings are as follows： the average height of students in Hexi University is taller than those of college students in China at the same age;the physical function and fitness is lower except the vital capacity of male students,and the difference is significant（P0.01）;the standing and long jump index of students in Hexi University is lower than the average value of college students in China,and the difference is significant（p 0.01）;while the gripping power of male students and the Sit and Reach index of female students in Hexi University are both higher than the average value of male and female college students accordingly in China. |
