| 摘 要： | 教师继续教育的目的是提高自身的素质,克服在新课改中遇到的困难。《科学》是一门高度综合的课程,科学课程资源的开发和利用,是保证新课程实施的基本条件。教材以外的课程资源无处不在,调动学校、乡镇、家庭、教师、学生的积极因素,形成开发乡土文化、自然资源、网络资源等科学课程资源的合力,使教师在继续教育后有所发展,有所创造。

| Abstract: | The purpose of teachers' continuous education is to raise their qualities and help them to overcome difficulties in the reform of school course."Science" is a highly comprehensive course which needs the use of course resources to guarantee the implement of the new curricula.There are meny other kints of course resources besides teaching material such as :native culture,natural resources,network resources, etc. We should make full wae of them all. |
