| 摘 要： | 创业企业在各国经济的成长中都发挥着重要的作用,它们不仅改变了国民经济的构成,而且是扩大就业的主要力量。创业型就业的最大特点,就是突破了传统的一人一岗的就业模式,形成一人带动一群岗位的就业效应。文章通过对比分析中国和美国创业者的基本特征以及创业带动就业效应的差别,为我国推动创业、促进就业提供新的思路和措施。
