| Abstract: | The transformation of sci-tech achievements is a key link to transform sci-tech achievements into real productivity.Because there are many factors to influence the transformation of sci-tech achievements,this paper discusses present situation of transformation of sci-tech achievements in colleges overseas from investment channel,organization model,information communication,interest distribution and intellectual property protection.It also puts forward some corresponding measures. |
