| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难的根本原因是高校人才培养与社会需求相脱节。作为高职院校,必须以就业为导向,主动采取多项措施,从专业建设、品牌效应、质量保障、宣传引导、校企合作、平台建设等方面入手,实现高校人才供给与社会需求的对接,促进大学生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | The basic reason of employment difficulty of college students is the disconnection of talents training in universities and social needs.Vocational colleges should take the employment as a guide,adopt measures from specialty construction,brand effect,quality guarrantee,publicizing and guiding,cooperation of colleges and enterprises,platform construction,to realize the connection of talents supply and social need and improve the graduates employment. |
