| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高职教育发展的重要途径，融入优秀的企业文化，构建具有鲜明“职业”特色的校园文化，对于实现高职院校培养高质量人才的目标，促进高职学生“零距离”就业是非常必要的，高职校园文化和企业文化的相互渗透，丰富了高职校园文化的内涵，体现出高职院校特有的职业文化特色，通过对企业文化和高职校园文化的内涵及二者融合的必要性进行分析，探讨了将企业文化融入高职校园文化的途径。
