| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,对跆拳道教学中加入音乐元素对跆拳道课程所产生的影响及作用进行分析。教学实验证明:使用音乐能够提高练习者的兴奋性,使技能得到很好掌握,并对消除运动疲劳有很大帮助。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,experiment and statistics,the paper analyzes the introduction of music elements into Tae Kwon Do teaching.The experiment study shows that music can improve the excitement of practitioners,make them better master the skills of Tae Kwon Do and can be helpful for eliminating sports fatigue. |
