| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法和问卷调查法等研究方法,对新疆少数民族的传统体育项目进行分析。研究结果表明：少数民族地区由于受到地理环境和人文环境因素的影响,其传统体育具有地域性、民族性、中庸性、娱乐与竞技性等特征。民族传统体育项目在产生和发展过程中与人们的生产、生活密切相关,传统体育项目仍是少数民族地区人们健身、娱乐和促进生产的有效手段,充分利用这一财富,对全民健身活动的开展具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature and questionnaire, the paper analyzes the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang. Results show that： ethnic minority areas due to geographical environment and human environmental factors, their traditional sports have the regional, national, intermediate, recreational and competitive features. Traditional sports in the production and development have close relations with people＇s production and living, traditional sports program is still a minority region people fitness, entertainment and promoting production of effective means. Full advantage of this wealth, fitness activities have positive significance. |
