| 摘 要： | 针对国家关于大学生心理健康教育的基本要求及当前高职院校心理健康教育的特殊性,指出当前高职院校心理健康教育的基本内容,并介绍了开设心理健康教育课、个别咨询与辅导、团体咨询与辅导、网络咨询、专程咨询等心理健康教育的途径与方法.
