| 摘 要： | 网络强弱关系被视为影响集群网络知识流动的重要因素：强关系通过企业间的信任传递复杂知识，有利于隐性知识流动；弱关系能够提供丰富的异质性信息，有利于显性知识流动。集群网络的发展需要在强、弱关系之间保持一种适当的平衡。在分析集群网络强弱关系动态平衡实现机理的基础上，结合知识转化的SECI模型构建了基于强弱关系互动分析的集群网络知识转化模型.

| Abstract: | The strength of network tie is regarded as the key factor of affecting knowledge flow of industrial cluster: strong tie is beneficial for tacit knowledge flow because enterprise can transfer complicated knowledge by trust; weak tie is beneficial for explicit knowledge flow because it can provide abundant heterogeneity information. The development of industry clusters network need a proper balance between strong tie and weak tie. The implementing mechanism of dynamic balance between strong tie and weak tie is analyzed. Based on the SECI model, a knowledge transformation model of industry clusters network based on the theory of relation ties is put forward in this article. |
