| 摘 要： | 本文从社会保险和商业保险的视角对我国的体育保险现状及其监管制度进行了探究。在此基础上，找出我国体育保险现存的主要问题，剖析其原因，提出相应对策，为不断完善我国的体育保险提供参考。 |

A study on present situation of sports insurance and countermeasure of China |

| Abstract: | From the angle of social insurance and the commercial insurance, we discussed the present situation of sports insurance and supervisory system of our country. On the basis above, we fund out some main existing problems, analysed the causes, provided some countermeasure and gave a beneficial references for perfecting the sports insurance of our country. |
