| 摘 要： | 苏联解体是20世界最重大的历史事件之一。究其根本原因,既不是高度集权的斯大林模式的必然结果,也不是苏联经济凋敝,人民生活困厄、丧失社会主义信念的恶果;苏共腐败和西方和平演变也不必然导致苏联解体。苏共抛弃马克思主义和科学社会主义原则,主动放弃意识形态领域的主导权才是根本原因。马克思主义是中国共产党和新中国立党立国的根本指导思想。在中国一定要毫不动摇地坚持四项基本原则,坚持马克思主义旗帜不动摇,才能确保中国特色社会主义伟大事业继续沿着正确的方向前进。

| Abstract: | The disintegration of the Soviet Union is the most significant event of 20th Century history in the world.If we try to identify the fundamental reason,it is neither an inevitable result of highly centralized Stalin model,nor a consequence of that the Soviet economy was sluggish and people living in dire straits lost their faith in the socialism.Corruption of Communist Party and peaceful evolution policy of the West also do not necessarily lead to the collapse and disintegration.Only the Communist Party＇s abandonment of the principles of Marxism and scientific socialism and giving up on its own initiative in the field of ideology are the fundamental reasons for the collapse and disintegration.Marxism is the fundamental guiding ideology of the foundation of our nation and our party.We must unswervingly adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles,and unswervingly uphold the banner of the road to ensure that the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics continues along the right direction. |
