| 摘 要： | 从北京市海淀区五所中学学生中筛选出了男、女生早发育组、正常发育组、晚发育组作为实验对象,对实验对象进行家庭背景、营养状况、体育锻炼状况、父母教养方式等影响因素的调查,较好地了解了影响青春发育突增期学生体质发育的因素,从而为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据,为实现《全民健身计划纲要》中的国民体质监测提供科学数据,为家长及老师提供具有针对性的教育策略。

| Abstract: | From 5 middle schools,we selected 180 students,30 for each group, as subjects who were divided into early developed group,normal developed group and postpone developed group for both girls and boys.Then we had looked into the influence factors of students,such as the family's background,the nutrition situation,the condition of physical activity,the way of parents' education,and so forth.This research could let me got better known on the influence factors of growth spurting adolescents of three developing types,analyzed the problems of growth spurting students on those sides.It provides theory bases for health education of growth spurting students. |
