| 摘 要： | 随着节能减排形势的日益严峻,工业领域实施清洁生产的主体必将由大型企业延伸至中小微型企业,激励数量巨大的中小微型工业企业开展清洁生产有利于加快节能减排的进程,清洁生产是中小微型工业企业提高核心竞争力的一个平台.中小微型工业企业运作灵活,推行清洁生产具有天然优势,然而,在资金、技术工艺、经营管理及人才等方面,中小微型工业企业存在的不足仍不可忽视,推行清洁生产的障碍也是前所未有的.中小微型工业企业清洁生产是工业领域推行清洁生产过程中最艰巨的任务,出台激励性的政策、拓宽清洁生产中高费方案的融资渠道、制定适用于中小微型工业企业的快速便捷的清洁生产审核方法是客观所需.

| Abstract: | As energy conservation and emission reduction is more and more serious,the main carrier of cleaner production in industrial areas will extend to micro,small and medium-sized enterprises.Implementation of cleaner production in micro,small and medium-sized enterprises is helpful to accelerate the process of energy conservation and emission reduction.Cleaner production facilitates the improvement of core competitive abilities in micro,small and medium-sized industrial enterprises.The barriers to adoption of CP by these enterprises are not left unnoticed,more incentive policy should be set out.In addition,broaden the financing channels to CP high-cost options and develop a quick CP audit method applied to micro,small and medium-sized enterprises are in demand. |
