| 摘 要： | 在竞技运动中,自信是优秀运动员的重要标志,然而自信是一个多维度、多层次的系统,它与其他心理变量之间的关系错综复杂。通过对165名省级优秀运动员进行心理测试,采用数理统计法来分析优秀运动员目标定向、认知特质焦虑与自信的关系。研究表明:自信与目标定向成显著性正相关,与认知特质焦虑中的社会评价焦虑、竞技水平焦虑及失败焦虑成显著性负相关。表明任务定向、失败焦虑、竞技水平发挥焦虑是预测运动员自信的关键变量,而且任务定向具有可靠的部分中介作用。

| Abstract: | Self-confidence is the important index for excellent athletes in sports,but it is a multi-dimensionality and level system,it has complex relationship with other psychological variables.The study used psychometrics and mathematical and physical statistics for 165 athletes to analyze the relationship between self-confidence and goal-orientation as well as cognitive trait anxiety.The results indicate: self-confidence had the negative correlation with cognitive trait anxiety,specially had the significant negative correlation with the anxiety of social evaluate,failure and competitive performance;goal-orientation,the anxiety of failure and athletic level exerting can predict self-confidence obviously,meanwhile task-orientation had credible part medi-effect between the anxiety of failure and self-confidence. |
