| 摘 要： | 人才市场信息化包括人才市场办公自动化系统、人才网站系统、客户关系管理系统、人力资源外包管理系统、个人职业生涯规划系统、人才市场核心业务应用系统及战略合作环境等若干部分。在实际的工作中受各方面条件限制,一般都是分模块开发,人才市场因为业务发展的需要,需要在遗留系统的基础上快速再工程。结合了人才市场信息化,总结了遗留系统再工程的相关理论,给出了遗留系统快速再工程的方法步骤和参考模型。

| Abstract: | Talent market information,including office automation talent market system,personnel system web site,customer relationship management systems,Outsourcing human resources management system,individual career planning system,talent market core business applications and strategic cooperation,and other parts of the environment.In the actual work by various conditions,are generally submodule development,because of the talent market business development needs,the need to legacy systems on the basis of rapid reengineering.Based on the talent market information,summed up the legacy systems reengineering theory,given the legacy systems,rapid reengineering methods and steps for the reference model. |
