| 摘 要： | 通过对沈阳市滑雪场经营现状的研究,指出了滑雪场的经营困境:配套设施不完善,未形成统一的产业链;基础设施建设不够完善,经营种类单一;雪场收费标准过高,影响了大众旅游;服务质量不高,亟待改善服务质量;面临非雪期经营难题,安全保障不健全等。针对这些经营困境提出了发展对策,旨在为滑雪场实现快速健康经营提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This article researches on the operate situation of ski field in Shenyang and points out the business difficulties of ski field.The results shows that the ski field corollary equipment imperfect,unified industry chain didn’t formed;infrastructure construction incomplete,only have single line of business;overcharge of the ski field,influenced the mass tourism;quality of service need to improve;business difficulties of a period with no snow,security assurance imperfect.This article focuses on these business difficulties to propose development countermeasure,and provides some references for the ski field to achieve health management in the future. |
