| 摘 要： | 农家书屋对活跃乡村民众精神文化生活、提高农民文化素质和发展农村经济,起到较大推动作用。书屋的发展也面临一些困境,领导重视程度、经费投入、资源配置、管理体制、学习理念、读者利用、阅读指导等方面存在的局限性成为书屋发展的瓶颈。运用SWOT战略分析模型,对目前我国农家书屋的内部优势、劣势以及外部机遇、挑战因素进行综合分析,并将其相匹配,构建起农家书屋发展战略模型,并探讨其实现途径。
