| 摘 要： | "新图书馆运动"是中国近代图书馆事业发展的高潮期,中国近代图书馆事业的发展是在继承基础上的发展和创新。通过对当时主要的学术思想的梳理,可以归纳出它的核心思想是"保存文化、公共公开、推寻国宝、科学管理",这是一个逐步递增而又完整的思想体系。其中,"保存文化"是基础,"公共公开"是手段,"推寻国宝"是深入,"科学管理"是关键。
