| 摘 要： | 图书馆绩效评估是图书馆发展的重要保障之一。从时间、著者、期刊和主题等四个方面对近20年有关公共图书馆绩效评估的文献进行统计分析后，指出绩效评估正逐渐成为图书馆界研究的重点之一。完善的公共图书馆绩效评估体系应通过制定详细的评估指标、主体、方法、时间、保障等来建立并将其付诸实践。
