| 摘 要： | 通过对读者阅读认知的研究,认为动态馆藏为读者和资源搭起便利之桥.从知识迁移的角度出发,探讨动态馆藏的构建模式、馆藏内容以及服务方式,认为动态馆藏是读者与馆藏互动产物.利用知识的网格式关联方式,将动态馆藏纳入知识管理的流程,协助读者了解知识的关联结构和资源的分布状况,达到知识得到准确迁移的目的.运用科学的读者交流平台,促进动态馆藏知识迁移的实现.
