| 摘 要： | 以城市管理信息化公众满意度为研究对象，借鉴成熟的顾客满意度测评理论，通过分析影响公众满意度的各种因素，构建城市管理信息化公众满意度指数模型，最后运用偏最小二乘法（PLS）对测评模型进行检验和参数求解，并为城市管理信息化建设提供对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper takes urban management informationization public satisfaction as research object,refers mature customer satisfaction theory,analyzes various factors impacting public satisfaction,constructs urban management informationization public satisfaction index model,exams the evaluating model and the parameter using the method of Partial Least Square(PLS),and gives some related approaches and suggestions for the construction of urban management informationzation. |
