| Abstract: | In recent years,the problems of education and management in student party members have drawn the attention of scholars.There are many advantages in arranging student party members to serve as students counselors.Firstly,it can improve students’ comprehensive quality and their awareness of being a party member.Secondly,it can promote the ideological and political education of freshmen,Thirdly,it is helpful for the students management so as to aid them to get accustomed to the college life as soon as possible. |
