| 摘 要： | 根据我国大中小学培养优秀体育后备人才的具体实践,描绘出了大中小学优秀体育后备人才一体化培养的“实践模式”,同时针对“实践模式”要求解决和力求解决的问题构画了“理论模式”,并通过两种模式比较,提出了个人对我国中小学优秀体育后备人才一体化培养的观点和看法。

| Abstract: | According to the practice, this article expounds the "practice pattern" of education of excellent reserve talents in universities ,middle school and primary schools and discusses the "theoretical pattern" against the questions arise from practice. By contrast between two patterns, some points and views of the integrated education of excellent reserve talents are put forward. |
