| 摘 要： | 简要论述了健康教育的重要性及必要性,提出了正确的健康观念、健康意识、健康促进是贯串整个健康教育的核心,只有进一步明确了这些概念,采取有效的手段及方法,使键康教育深入社会的每一个角落,深入人心,才能逐步去改变人们的有害于健康的不良行为及习惯,养成符合健康要求的、有利于身心健康的、良好行为及习惯,以及精神文明风貌,推动健康教育事业的发展。

| Abstract: | This essay discuoses the importence and recessity of health education and it puts forword the idea that proper sense of health, conscionsners of health and promothion of health education are the heart that run through the process of health education only by defining these concepts, adopting effective means and method and striking root in the hearts of people and everywhere can we change our unhealthy behaior and habit and develop healthy ones that accord with healthy demands and favonable to body and mind. These behavior and habit will promote the development of health education. |
