| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法、理论分析法等科研方法对广州市高校在校学生的休闲体育现状进行调查,调查结果表明:广州市普通高校学生对学校休闲体育的认识较好,普遍认为参与学校休闲体育可以对其各方面产生积极的影响;广州市普通高校学生参与学校休闲体育的积极性较高,参与形势以自由结合式为主,形成相互带动的良性发展态势;广州市普通高校目前的体育场地、场馆设施数量上不能满足学生参与运动的需求,影响了学生参与休闲体育活动的积极性;广州市高校学生参与体育运动的内容丰富,新兴健身娱乐项目受到学生的欢迎,男女之间在项目选择上存在差异,其中男子以篮球、足球等直接对抗性项目为主,女子则以羽毛球、健美操和瑜伽等非直接对抗和减肥塑身性项目为主。

| Abstract: | This study investigates the leisure sport situation of the college students in Guangzhou city,using the methods of literature review,interviewing,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning and theoretical analysis.The results show the students' active participation of leisure sports;the sports field facilities couldn't meet the need;the new fitness sports are popular;there are some different sport item preferences between male and female students. |
