摘    要:新中国成立七十年来,小学教育专业的发展大致经历萌芽阶段、专门化阶段及相对完善等三个阶段。设立小学教育专业、重视教师的在职培训与提升、理论与实践并重的课程设置是新中国成立七十年来小学教师教育变革成功的基本经验。明确小学教师教育的培养目标、改善小学教师教育的准入制度和就业前景、构建"大学"与"小学"联合培养机制是小学教师教育未来的发展方向。

Abstract:In the past 70 years since the founding of New China,the development of major of primary education has gone through three stages:budding stage,specialization stage and relative perfection stage.Setting up the major of primary education,attaching importance to the on-the-job training and promotion of teachers,and paying equal attention to the curriculum of theory and practice are the basic experience of the successful reform of primary school teachers’education in the past 70 years.It is the future development direction of primary school teacher education to make clear the training goal of primary school teacher education,improve the access system and employment prospect of primary school teacher education,and construct the joint training mechanism of"university"and"primary school".
