转杯纺快速成条仪的设计

摘    要:设计了一种可以快速制作纤维条的成条仪,用于纺纱实验教学。该仪器基于转杯纺纱的原理和机器结构,由喂给分梳装置、输纤装置、成条装置、负压装置和机电控制装置组成,实现对纤维原料的开松、梳理、除杂和成条。其占地面积仅为2 m2,远远小于清梳联合机需占地50 m2。利用该仪器进行成条实验,并与传统的清梳联成条方式进行对比。结果表明:生产相同长度的棉条,快速成条仪所需时间仅为清梳联的1/10。快速成条仪的使用大大缩短了纺纱实验操作的时间,减少了实验所需设备的数量和占地面积,能有效减轻教师授课和学生学习的负担,为纺纱实验教学提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract:Rapid roving instrument that can quickly make roving has been designed.The principle and structure of the instrument are based on the rotor spinning.It is composed of feeding and combing,fiber conveying,fiber forming,negative pressure and electromechanical control devices,and the fiber material is opened,combed,trash removed and turned into a roving.In this work,the rovings are made on the designed instrument and compared with those made on the blowing-carding-drawing unit.Results show that when producing the roving with the same length,the new instrument takes only 1/10 the time.Besides,it only covers 2 m2,which is much smaller than the 50 m2 of the blowing-cardingdrawing unit.The use of the rapid roving instrument not only effectively shortens the experimental time to perform the spinning operation,reduces the equipment number,but also relieves the burden of teaching and studying,which can provide ideas and methods for the spinning experiment teaching.
