农村中小学教师校本培训问题与策略

摘    要:校本培训是教师专业发展的重要途径,在促进教师专业发展方面有着明显的优势。农村中小学在开展校本培训中存在一些问题,如教师参与的积极性主动性不高、培训内容针对性不强、培训方式单一。提出相应策略,如"树立以教师为本的理念;建立健全体制机制,强化专家引领;精准设计培训内容,突出选择性;丰富校本培训形式,突出实践性"等。

Abstract:The school-based training is an important way for professional development of teachers and has obvious advantages in promoting the professional development of teachers.There are some problems in carrying out school-based trainings in rural primary and secondary schools,such as low enthusiasm and initiative of teachers’participation,weak pertinence of training content and the single training method.Therefore,the corresponding strategies have been proposed in this paper,such as establishing the teacher-oriented idea;establishing and perfecting the system and mechanism to strengthen expert guidance;accurately designing the training content to highlight the selectivity;enriching the forms of school-based training to highlight the practicality.
