微电子专业实验室的建设与探索

摘    要:随着国内半导体产业的迅速发展,我国微电子方面的人才需求日益增大,建设高水平的微电子专业实验室可以有效提升微电子人才的工程实践能力和创新能力。结合我校的实际情况,分别从微电子专业实验室的建设意义、结构体系、人才队伍建设和实验室建设成果4个方面进行了探讨,旨在探索适合新时期实验室建设和实验教学的新思路。

Abstract:With the rapid development of semiconductor industry,the demand for microelectronics talents in China is increasing.Building a high quality microelectronics professional laboratory can effectively enhance the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of microelectronics talents.Based on the actual situation of our university,this paper has carried on the discussion from the significance of the construction of microelectronics laboratory,the structure system,the construction of talent team and the achievements of laboratory construction.The purpose is to explore new ideas for laboratory construction and experimental teaching in the new era.
