基于PCS7的过程仿真及控制实验设计

摘    要:过程控制实验常常采用水槽液位为主要被控对象,很难在实验室中构建与工业装置相近,包含压力、温度、组分等参数的过程实验对象。通过运用PCS7过程控制系统,对复杂过程对象进行数学建模,并使用CFC进行对象建模,将被控对象封装成独立的功能模块,可以达到为学生提供复杂仿真控制对象的目的。在此基础上运用PCS7系统组态功能,设计一套对仿真对象实现复杂控制的实验方案。可以在没有硬件设备的情况下运行在S7 PLCSIM仿真器上,亦可以在S7400自动化站上实施。

Abstract:Process control experiments are often designed on liquid level process.In laboratory environment,it is difficult to design process objects in industrial standard and meanwhile comprise parameters including pressure,temperature and composition gradients.The objects are encapsulated into functional modules by applying mathematical modeling method and CFC object-modeling and simulation technology provided by Siemens PCS7 distributed control system.These can present students to simulate complex control objects.Based on these,an experiment scheme is designed to achieve complex controls of simulate objects.With configuration system of PCS7,the experiment scheme can run on PLCSIM simulator without hardware,or run on Siemens S7-400 automation system.
