创客教育视域下应用型创新人才培养策略

摘    要:培养应用型创新人才是实现教育现代化的重要途径,创客教育为创新人才培养实践提供了新理念。通过分析当前应用型创新人才培养存在的知识结构、能力结构及品格素质等现实困境,探讨了创客教育理念为支撑应用型创新人才培养在教学改革的目标、内容、情境及评价等方面的契合点,从而提出了从创客环境构建、创客式教学、学习平台搭建、创客活动开展、创客教师打造等方面培养应用型创新人才的策略。

Abstract:Training applied innovative talents is an important way to realize the modernization of education, and maker education provides a new idea for the practice of innovative talents training. Based on the analysis of the current practical difficulties existing in the training of applied innovative talents, such as knowledge structure, ability structure and character quality, this paper discusses the fit points of the training of applied innovative talents in the aspects of teaching reform objectives, contents, situations and evaluation, etc., which are supported by the concept of maker education, and thus puts forward the strategies of training applied innovative talents from the aspects of maker environment construction, maker teaching, learning platform construction,maker activity development and maker teacher building.
