摘    要:直线电动机作为应用广泛的零传动特种电机,在制造加工、轨道交通、光学检测、生物医学、航空航天等领域有着重要的地位。针对本科实验设备及耗材成本、安全性问题及时间、场地的限制,设计基于虚拟仿真技术的直线电动机推力测试实验,将实验系统中的PC工控机、伺服驱动器、直线电动机(动子、定子)、测力环、测力传感器及其他辅助零部件用图形的方式表达出来,并完成参数设置、模拟实验过程、实物演示等步骤,使学生了解直线电动机工作原理、动作过程及推力特性。这种虚、实结合的方式已成功应用两年,在实验预习、自主操作、直线电动机模拟过程中起到了重要作用。

Abstract:The linear motor has been widely used in manufacturing,rail transportation,optical detection,biomedicine,aerospace and other fields because of zero transmission at the present,and has a very important position.Considering some limitation of the undergraduate laboratory equipment and consumables costs,safety,time and space,thrust test experiment of the linear motor is designed based on virtual simulation technology.The experiment uses graphical representation of industrial personal computer,servo drivers,linear motor,proving ring,force transducer and other auxiliary parts,and can achieve parameter setting,testing process simulation,and real device demonstration.The virtual test experiment aims to make students understand principle,action and thrust characteristics of the linear motor by virtual-real synthesis.It has been applied successfully for two years and played an important role in experiment preparation,autonomous operation,and the linear motor simulation.
