摘    要:依据重金属残留现场快速检测的要求,利用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法显色原理制成六价铬检测试纸,对溶液中的六价铬离子发生紫红色的显色反应,设计一种K-means聚类算法对该显色反应图像进行分析,获得聚类分割的彩色目标区域。基于RGB彩色空间模型提取试纸中的R、G、B 3个颜色分量特征值,通过分析彩色图像预处理与切割、拟合R、G、B与浓度之间的关系等阶段,实现基于机器视觉的六价铬检测系统的研究。

Abstract:In this paper,the hexavalent chromium test strip prepared by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry is used to detect the color reaction of hexavalent chromium ions in solution based on the requirement of rapid detection of heavy metal residues in the field.K-means clustering algorithm is used to analyze the color reaction image and obtain the color target region of the cluster segmentation.The RGB color space model is used to extract the eigenvalues of three color components of R,G and B in the test paper.The machine vision is realized by analyzing the relationship between color image preprocessing and cutting,fitting R,G,B and concentration.The hexavalent chromium detection system is completed.
