| 摘 要： | 运用关系契约理论对研发双方的长期合作关系进行研究,认为厂商对新技术的效用评价、研究机构的收益水平以及折现率对这种长期合作有着重大影响,并基于不同的折现率,分析出双方不同的研发合作可能,在此基础上,重点分析各合作区间上最优激励水平,最终的结论进一步严格了Bull早期的相关分析。

| Abstract: | Using relational contract theory,this paper analyzes the long-term R&D cooperation relationships between firms and universities.Firms' utility evaluation of the new technique,the income of universities and the discount rate are regarded as the three most important factors that have great impact on the long-term R&D cooperation relationships,and the different discount rate will lead to different cooperation relationships.Based on the research above mentioned,an in-depth study is made on the best incentive arrangement of the long-term R&D cooperation relationships,and the last conclusion develops further Bull's early-related research. |
