| 摘 要： | 专业训练的真正价值不仅仅是运动技术的传授,它还具有培养队员正确的情感、态度、价值观的功能,也就是具有塑造精神、塑造灵魂、塑造信仰的功能,并具有其优势和特点。本文面对队员情感、态度、价值观方面的问题分析其原因,从心理学角度认识情感、态度、价值观的内涵,并从教练、训练课堂以及活动与比赛等方面建议如何培养队员健康的情感、积极的态度和正确的价值观。

| Abstract: | The true value of professional training is not just the teaching of athletic skills,it also has to develop players the right emotions,attitudes,values,functions,that is,the spirit of a shape,shape the soul,shaping the beliefs of the function,and has its advantages and characteristics.The face of this team emotions,attitudes,values,issues analysis of its causes,from a psychological perspective of emotions,attitudes,values,meaning,and from the coaching,training,and classroom activities and other aspects of the game players to develop recommendations on how the emotional health,positive attitude and the proper values. |
